Powder Coating is an extremely tough method of painting metal products and has a great finish.
Metaform’s long history of powder coating and highly skilled staff ensure a quality finish that will last. We understand the preparation techniques required to ensure the powder will endure for many years. Even in the toughest conditions. This quality is ensured by never using reclaimed powder which many other companies might use as a way to keep costs down.
Metaform aims to offer the most flexible powder coating service in Christchurch. We can offer any available colour with a 3 day turnaround.
Our oven can take up to 6m lengths with the dimensions of 5900(l) 1060(w) and 1800(h). However, we do have the capability to powder coat items larger than these dimensions.
We have developed our own powder colours that are very popular with customers that use them. ‘Metaform Silver’ and ‘Metaform Chrome’.
Metaform also offers a wet spray service and other finishes including galvanising, chrome plating, anodising, brushed and polished metals.
